Part of The Challenges Group, a leading provider of professional services supporting Private Sector Development initiatives; working on inclusive business and impact investment. Challenges Consulting Rwanda began in 2017 delivering the International Citizens Service (ICS) alongside DFiD, building a network of over 40 SMEs and working with 80+ young people through Chartered Management Institute (CMI) training and processes. With the conclusion of ICS, Challenges Consulting Rwanda is working with the Scottish government, TWIN Trading and ENACTUS on a four year, 1.3 million pound project that aims to deliver business training, production development, renewable energy access and education, and working with community leaders and youth networks in 8 coffee cooperatives in Southern and Western Rwanda in a wide ranging, deep impact and multi-faceted programme. CCR continues to offer bespoke training to SMEs of a diverse variety throughout Rwanda, we believe our package of training business associates through CMI training and practical experience within the burgeoning enterprise environment is the future of micro-development. Our approach aims to combine supporting entrepreneurs and growth enterprises, with upskilling young people in order to combat youth unemployment and develop the skills of the next generation of leaders and professionals. This approach enables us to maximize our reach and impact – facilitating growth and development.
