worked on the Uganda Solar Energy Association Business Development Service Hub Project as a Junior Associate. The USEA BDS Hub project was aimed at strengthening USEA’s capacity as a Business Development Services Hub in the renewable energy industry so as to provide its members with value-added services such as business development training. My key responsibilities included:- Conducted research into the solar industry.- Carried out business analysis by having a face to face interviews with enterprise staff across six business functions in 9 solar businesses using various business analysis tools- Delivered accurate findings that depict a truthful state of enterprise affairs.- Presented diagnostic results to the respective enterprises

I volunteered on the International Citizen Service (ICS) programme were I was placed in a clean energy enterprise, Best of Waste Limited, to provide business development support together with a UK counterpart. Below were some of my responsibilities;- Carried out both internal and external business analysis across six business functions using various business analysis tools.- Developed marketing campaigns for both social media (Facebook) and community outreach which saw a growth in sales by 90%.- Speared headed the rebranding of the enterprise which resulted in the change of the company logo and flyer.- Designed and delivered bespoke sales and marketing training to the enterprise team.
