Champagne Beatrix de Gimbres is a champagne made by Beatrice Fagot's
palate. She wanted to produce within the Earl Les Vicomtés which she worked
on the creation, a champagne with feminine notes, so she assembled different
vintages of the area to produce this champagne with characters, fruity, round
and elegant.
Located in Rilly la Montagne, village Premier Cru of the Reims Mountains. The
homogeneous terroir is conducive to the three grape varieties Champagne,
Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. They Chalky slopes overlayed
with clay and limestone with names all more beautiful : Les Vicomtés, Les
Crayères, Les beaux regards.
It is with great respect that the work of the land is done within the wineyard.
Controlled weed is practiced and we encourage biodiversity while working to
develop wildlife protection. All interventions during the growing season are
governed by the threshold of tolerance to the disease. This is why no treatment
is systematic, the dose being adapted to the plot and its microclimate to achieve
this result we use the best vine technologies. These efforts have been rewarded
by the certification High Environmental Value level 3 agronomic since many
years.
