El Grupo Operativo CHAMPLAST pretende crear nuevas cadenas de valor en el cultivo de champiñón mediante la economía circular- Los principales objetivos son el desarrollo de un film de bioplástico específico para el cultivo de hongos y la producción de biochar (advanced char) a partir de sustrato postcultivo de hongos mediante la utilización de la tecnología de carbonización hidrotermal.
