We are a community of experienced change and transformation specialists, powered by the latest thinking in social cognitive neuroscience, behavioural economics and good old fashioned change leadership experience. Obsessed with building the Future of Work, we are exploring and experimenting with how to engage distributed workforces, how to deliver volumes of complex change, at pace and how to ensure we don’t lose what it means to be human, to be teams and to be communities along the way.
