Change as Usual is a community of contractors specialising in the delivery of change that will herald the Future of Work. As organisations emerge from the COVID-19 trauma, we need new and creative ways to engage our teams in delivering organisational change. We are specialists in delivering change; we are integrating neuroleadership and behavioural economics into our practice. We are seeking to evolve and build stronger and more humanising practices with innovative companies.

The NeuroPower group help senior leaders solve todays complex problems through the thoughtful application of social cognitive neuroscience, change psychology and behavioural economics. Pippa brings her dynamic and adaptive leadership style, her passion for well designed change and her love of high energy virtual facilitation (a useful skill in todays market!) to the NeuroPower team - may the next chapter begin!

The age of the portfolio career is upon us! My core work will always be as a change practitioner, helping guide through the complexity of change in a fast dynamic world. I also am a super keen traveller and photographer. I am very excited to announce the launch of PippaHague.com - fine art travel photography. 20% of all profits will be donated to purpose led charities driving to effect meaningful change in their local communities.

For organisations to drive the agility and responsiveness needed to thrive, we need to adapt and evolve at a pace. Project and change facilitator (NHS Executive Eastern)• Worked across 30 Acute hospitals to deliver a number of key HR initiatives that formed the workforce plan for the NHS, including initiatives to improve working lives through flexible working practices, intiatives to focus on staff safety, race relations and I redeveloped the HR performance and effectiveness framework for all HE reporting across the East of England.
