ChapterTwo’s unique business model specialises in Debt Mediation/Negotiation and Mortgage Broking. By connecting these two sections of the business ChapterTwo first assesses, then delivers solutions for individuals in financial distress. ChapterTwo acts as an intermediary between the debtors and creditors and negotiates a resolution by helping the client to avoid insolvency and providing a commercial return to the creditor. ChapterTwo also has a specialised Mortgage Division that specialises in unique situations, whereby we find solutions for our clients who are unable to meet the lending criteria of traditional lenders. ChapterTwo also works with Brokers to settle their client's debts prior to a refinance/ settlement to assist with the loan process.
