Chariot utilizes a proprietary DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) to bring global payments into the 21st Century to properly serve today's ultra-scalable, globally-connected business and individuals on today's fiat and DeFi platforms. Chariot's Hybrid Payments network (bank-compliant distributed ledger) removes the antiquated, wasteful, expensive, and often fraudulent middlemen from the process of P2P payments (removing the need for POS, Gateways, Processors, Interchanges, issuing/receiving banks, and many of the fees involved). Chariot's first application of the ultra-scalable payments network is to provide a trusted fiat payments for the emerging DeFi space - to help facilitate the involvement and expansion of new economic ecosystems.
