TCD is a local mental health charity dedicated to supporting individuals and communities through advocacy, awareness, and creative projects. Our mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health by providing a safe space where people can share their experiences, access support, and find hope. We believe that mental health should be spoken about openly, and that everyone deserves the opportunity to seek help, feel understood, and reclaim their wellbeing. At TCD, we understand that reaching out for help can be challenging, especially when stigma and societal pressures make it harder. That’s why we focus on creating a compassionate environment where people of all ages and backgrounds can feel seen, heard, and respected. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or supporting someone else, we’re here to guide you toward the resources and support you need. All our sessions include fitness and peer support, designed to promote physical, emotional, and mental health through movement, mindfulness, and community. Our work is based on creativity, connection, and movement. We use fitness, the arts, and lived experiences to reduce isolation and spark meaningful conversations about mental health. Through movement sessions, shared stories, and open discussion, we offer opportunities for individuals to express themselves, gain new insights, and support one another. Our sessions are inclusive and ensure everyone has access to the help they need, regardless of their background or struggles. We are committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for everyone who walks through our doors.
