Established in September 1985,Chenlong Group is the largest vane manufacturer in China, which located in Zhejiang, Huzhen. After 20 years’ development, Chenlong Group has now became a comprehensive enterprise group. We do offer various kinds of vanes, with an annual output around 60,000,000 pcs. We have Certification - ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009, and 8 patents, including 6 Utility Model Patents and 2 Invention Patents. Our Dimensional Tolerances of Vane and Rotor Slots is in Micrometer-Range(≤3µm = 0.003 mm = 0.00012"). Design and required accuracy is based on customer's drawings specifications. Product range is being continually extended to automotive, hydraulic, compressor and marine industry. Chenlong cover an area of 25,000㎡, which includes 14,000㎡ building area. As a Professional Vane manufacturer, Chenlong Group has more than 500 skilled workers and 80 managers. We Invest more than 300 sets of first-class processing machines and 100 sets of testing equipment, in which 50 sets are imported form Taiwan, Korea, Japan and Switzerland.
