SuNPe owens more than 5 sets of Vacuum Casting facilities so that we can provide functional prototypes out of a broad range of polyurethanes and other polymers. Vacuum casting is a widely used method to cast and reproduce prototypes with same texture and geometries and even colors of masters. We can make masters by CNC and 3D Printing, then use the master to have a silicone mold. One silicone mold can cast 15-20 pieces of parts.
