Chesed Farms, LLC (Chesed Farms) is a locally-focused, year-round, gourmet mushroom and microgreen producer. We grow a variety of gourmet mushrooms including: pink, golden, pearl, and king oyster mushrooms, as well as, lion’s mane, pioppino, and chestnut mushrooms. We are the premier mushroom producer in north-eastern Oregon, and south-eastern Washington. Our microgreen production includes: broccoli, pea, radish, sunflower, and beets. We are focused on providing nutritious, gorgeous, fresh mushrooms and microgreens to consumers and restaurants that value healthy and vegetarian cuisine, local food, and fine dining.
