Giving children the support they need to 'Break The Cycle' of the effects of domestic abuse.
Child’s Vision helps and supports children that have witnessed or have been affected by domestic abuse.
We have a background of working with those affected by domestic abuse and found that there were not enough resources to help children. We are working with the NSPCC to deliver their ‘Domestic Abuse Recovering Together (DART) programme into local schools. We hold a support group regularly where all are welcome and freedom programmes for children and women.
We aim to help those affected by domestic abuse by:
Promoting healthy relationships
Providing life skills
Providing education and support
Providing community and group project
We receive no government funding, so rely on generous donations and fundraising, as well as volunteers.
