China Times

China Times is a news channel which consists of print & online. We are located in Chinatown in The Hague, The Netherlands. China Times started as a newspaper in 2003 and quickly became one of the most popular and influential Chinese newspaper in The Netherlands. The current newspaper has a magazine look & feel and contains the latest news of The Netherlands and China. It also has subjects like food, travel, in-depth stories and much more. Yearly, we publish around 9 times. The paper consists of 32 till 40 pages in high quality, full colors. In total, we have a circulation of 50,000 copies around The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. China Times is approved by the Chinese Embassy. This resulted in China Times becoming the in-flight newspaper of China Southern Airlines and China Eastern Airlines. As an independent media organization, China Times runs with the purpose of better serving the Chinese community in The Netherlands and Europe. We care for the people’s life and society. We have been working to build a bridge between China and The Netherlands in order to make Chinese people and Dutch people know more about the culture of each other. “Wherever there are Chinese people, there is China Times and wherever there is China Times, there is cultural exchange between the two countries.” We will keep working on this target. Since October 2011, China Times launched our daily news website www.chinatimes.nl and deliver more latest news and information about The Netherlands, China and the world. The website will be a supplement to the newspaper and we will construct a base for the Chinese community.
