Chinese Wellbeing provides practical and responsive services to individuals and their families and advocates for the social care needs of the Chinese community. We seek to promote physical, mental and social wellbeing, independent living and appropriate participation among the local community. It is this context that we set up our mission, value and principles.
Our aim is to provide high quality, culturally appropriate, community-based services. As a long established home care provider regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and rated as ‘outstanding’. We provide a person centred homecare service to help people to remain independent within their own home for as long as possible. Support is provided by a culturally diverse team of personal assistants, nearly all of whom are Chinese to ensure the highest possible standard of care is delivered to our service users.

Furthermore, we organise a wide range of activities aimed at reducing social isolation which include workshops/seminars to raise awareness and understanding of the local health and social care services, provide skills and knowledge on self care including prevention of ill health and managing chronic conditions, and inform on current public debates.
