Choices is an organization that focuses on individualized and person centered approaches. We believe that decision making and support should be holistic and thorough, providing opportunities for input in all areas of the organization. We pride ourselves in our transparency, autonomy and ongoing specialized training to increase the knowledge and expertise within our Choices community. We strive to work smarter by using technology and resources, hoping to be at a point where we are utilizing these resources at their full capacity within the next couple of years. Our goal is to continue to invest in consistent communication and leadership so that everyone in the organization feels supported and appreciated. We represent our community on several platforms advocating for better health supports, housing and funding for the people we serve.
