Chrostiki was founded in 1959. Today is a leading Greek manufacturer of masterbatches, dry color blends, liquid colorants and printing inks, trading also in chemicals for the plastics and printing industries. Our plant and offices are located near Athens Airport at a wholly owned area of 20.000 m2, out of which 6.000 m2 are covered. We export over 50% of our production to many countries in Europe, Asia and Africa. We operate a Quality Management System certified in accordance with ISO9001: 2008 by DQS GmbH. Safety, Sustainability and Green Chemistry At Chrostiki, we are committed to safe operations and environmentally sustainable products. We are fully aware of our responsibility to protect the environment and the health and safety of our employees. We follow a green chemistry policy designing products and processes that minimize the use and generation of hazardous substances. We follow a Reduce, Reuse, Recycle policy to minimise waste material from all major and minor operations of our company. Our Environmental Management System is validated by TUV Austria according to the European Regulation No 1221/2009 EMAS. Chrostiki SA is registered in the Greek EMAS registry, EL-00070. We also operate a Health and Safety Management System certified according to OHSAS 18001:2007 by DQS GmbH.
