The Community Health and Social Services Network (CHSSN) was formed in 2000 to support English-speaking communities in the province of Quebec in their efforts to redress health status inequalities and promote community vitality. The CHSSN now has more than 60 member organizations and is involved in over 40 projects and partnerships in the areas of primary health care, community development and population health.
