The property has always embraced an avant-garde and rebellious spirit, symbolized by its black and gold label created in 1893 in honor of Napoleon I. In 1983, the Château adopted pioneering ecological principles, reflecting its forward-thinking vision of sustainability. This environmental approach, carried on by Terres de Natures, was further strengthened with the arrival of Matthieu Gufflet in 2022, who introduced an eco-friendly wine tourism offer, crowned by the Best of Gold 2022 (Best of Wine Tourism International - Great Wine Capitals).
