Founded in 1977, CI Systems has grown to include an Electro-Optics Test Systems division, a semiconductor division and a subsidiary in the electronic card assembly and inspection industry. Approximately half its sales are in the USA, with the rest in Israel, Europe and the Far East.
Its Electro-Optics Test Systems division develops and commercializes accurate MIL-Standard E-O test equipment for all stages in the product life cycle. Its products range from standard off-the-shelf components to fully customized test systems.
CI Semi, its semiconductor division, offers state-of-the-art metrology solutions for the semiconductor processing industry. It develops and commercializes non-contact temperature monitors and has recently introduced a new in-line process analyzer. CI Semi’s sales now account for close to 40% of the company’s revenues.
CI Systems maintains a wholly-owned sales and manufacturing facility (CI Systems Inc.) in the USA, a network of sales representatives worldwide, and an R&D facility in Israel. It is part of a group of companies held by CI Technologies Inc, which is a registered Delaware corporation, and is a publicly traded company (TASE).
