Circular Energy

Circular Energy provides its Producer Members with the guidance and services to ensure compliance with their legal obligation under the EPR Regulations. Furthermore the interests of the sectors will be protected to ensure an efficient and cost-effective take-back scheme. This includes addressing all the regulatory requirements according to best practice principles. Circular Energy is duly registered as a not-for-profit, Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO) in accordance with the legal requirements of the Extended Producer Responsibility Regulations (No. 43879). The PRO is approved and registered with the Department of Fisheries, Forestry, and the Environment and it operates a nationwide take-back system for the collection, recycling, and environmentally sound processing of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), Lighting and Lighting and Lighting Equipment, Batteries and Packaging.
