Circular Ports Project

The Circular Ports Project aims to drive circular economy strategies in port environments, promoting sustainability and innovation across the Baltic Sea Region. It is an Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme project, running March 2025-February 2028. Project leader: The Port of Hamburg Marketing Project Department (Hafen Hamburg Marketing e.V.) Consortium partners: EMR European Metal Recycling GmbH, Hamburg Port Authority (HPA), Lappeenrannan kaupunki - City of Lappeenranta, Centrum Balticum Foundation, LAB University of Applied Sciences, Port of Tallinn, Enefit Green, Port of Aalborg Research and Development, Climate Alliance in Aalborg Kommune, RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, Norrköpings Hamn, Uniwersytet Gdański, Metkom, Baltic Ports Organization, and the Swedish National Road and Transport Research Institute (VTI).
