Annie Pham founded Cirque Colors in 2012 out of a desire to transcend the limited color palettes of conventional nail polish brands. The name Cirque, meaning ring or circle, came from the idea of the color wheel - a window into the endless possibilities of the color spectrum.
Over the past several years, Cirque has explored the color continuum by hand-mixing personal color inspirations with unique pigments and raw materials. The result is a distinct product unique in color and high on performance.
