We have successfully established our market position and our brand name in three business segments of security solutions and facility management solutions - City Security, City Professional Management and also Chun Wo Tunnel Management. • Security solutions: Within our security solutions, we provide integrated security services which cover (i) security management services; (ii) concierge and customer services; (iii) event and exhibition security services; (iv) close protection body guarding services; (v) security advisory and consultancy services; (vi) digital surveillance system installation, maintenance and repair. We provide security solutions in Hong Kong under the brand name “City Security” through our wholly-owned subsidiary, City Security, which possesses Security Company Licence to provide (i) Type I security work, being security guarding services; and (ii) Type III security work, being the installation, maintenance and repair of security devices as well as the design of security system sin corpora ting security devices in Hong Kong. According to the Frost & Sullivan Report, City Security ranked fourth in terms of revenue in 2015 among the guarding service providers licensed to provide Type I security work and Type III security work; and • Facility management solutions: Within our facility management solutions, we provide comprehensive management services which cover (i) property management services; (ii) recreational facility venue and car park management services; (iii) environmental hygiene and housekeeping services; and (iv) engineering services. We provide facility management solutions in Hong Kong based on customer-specific needs through our wholly-owned subsidiary, both of CSL and CPML, which which have received accreditations in different international standards by Accredited Certification International Limited.
