CLAIM project

CLAIM (Clean Aviation Support for Impact Monitoring) is an EU-funded project under the Clean Aviation programme, opting to assist Clean Aviation, EC, and EASA in achieving their goals towards the reduction of net greenhouse gas emissions. Its main high-level objectives are: 1. Literature review on tangible metrics in terms of CO2 and especially non-CO2 emissions 2. Compile relevant non-CO2 metrics and assessment approaches, risks and gaps relevant for Clean Aviation Vehicles and Technologies. The project is implemented with 3 work packages, namely: 1. Coordination , Workshops and Management 2. Climate Impact Assessment & 3. Technology Impact Assessment Within the framework of the project, several workshops will be organized with the participation of global experts in the field. Airbus's Clean Aviation ACAP project representative, Leonardo's Clean Aviation HERA representative, and SAFRAN's Clean Aviation Propulsion Segment representative are all involved in the project and providing support.
