ClaraEst: Career and Business Coaching by Triin Raamat

For nearly 20 years I worked in the recruitment industry and lead an agency. The continuous development was fuelled by my passion and resourcefulness to notice opportunities and overcome challenges. My versatile and extensive experience refined my skills, allowing me to establish partnerships with outstanding organisations such as Microsoft, 3M, Fujitsu, Coca-Cola and Accenture to name a few. In 2021 we made a successful sale, and after the exit I was excited to welcome a new chapter in my professional life. Drawing on my degree in psychology, experience in business and nature to empower others, I decided to become a career and business coach and founded my new company, ClaraEst. The company name comes from the Latin words clara est and it means “It’s bright!”. As a career and business coach I would like to lead my clients to bright ideas, insights, visions, actions, and future. I love working with people and organisations, whether it’s supporting someone’s career aspirations or creating a workplace environment where leadership unites, collaboration creates opportunities and people are motivated and inspired to do their best.
