Founder and President, Kyle Walton, launched Classic Lake in 2014 with a focus on New Markets Tax Credit financing and non-traditional financial products. Mr. Walton specializes in securing public and private, market and below-market financing solutions for real estate developments and businesses with positive community, economic, and environmental impacts. Clients include real estate developers, Community Development Entities, and operating businesses located in and serving low-income communities.
