WHO WE ARE? CLB Studio is a London-based architectural, landscape, and urban design practice founded in 2022 by Carolina López Blanco. After 11 years at Zaha Hadid Architects, where she contributed to iconic global projects, Carolina launched CLB Studio to bring a fresh, biophilic approach to design. Her previous experience also includes roles at KPF and Will Alsop @ Rmjm. We are architects with a passion for landscape and urban design, driven by the belief that well-designed environments foster well-being and sustainability. At the heart of our work are the Biophilic Design Principles, guiding our mission to create spaces where people connect with nature. HOW WE OPERATE? CLB Studio operates as a small, agile practice, collaborating with a diverse network of professionals—architects, interior designers, landscape architects, urban designers, ecologists, visual artists and sustainability experts. Our collaborative approach ensures innovative, dynamic solutions for each project. Carolina is a registered architect in the UK and Colombia, and CLB Studio is a Chartered RIBA Practice.
