CLC Limited was established in 2002 by Rob Chambers.
Rob’s involvement in real estate began in 1987 when he joined a small independent estate agency firm in North London. He quickly progressed through the ranks and took over management of his first office in 1989. He continued to be promoted and soon held a senior management role with a national chain.
In 2002 he relocated with his family to Norfolk and started his own company – CLC Limited - to specialise in land assembly, land sales and development site appraisals.
CLC Limited has rightfully gained a reputation for honest advice and has helped many landowners realise the true development value of their land.
Rob has completed 100s of sales with a gross development value of more than £1 billion.
