Center for Learning Innovations & Customized Knowledge Solutions

The Center for Learning Innovations and Customized Knowledge Solutions (CLICKS) was established in 2012 as a specialized center that focuses primarily on training and consultancy for the Higher Education Sector. CLICKS offers a wider range of capacity building opportunities to the sector spanning across its six areas of expertise. These programs are offered “in-person” or online and either as in-house or as public programs. The Center has also have developed over the years a wider range of consultancy services that have served over 60 Higher Education Institutions. In addition, CLICKS provides mentoring and coaching services to individuals and institutions, runs summer leadership institutes, supports with the transfer of ‘know-how’ and organizes various networking opportunities such as the MENA Higher Education Leadership Forum to promote the ongoing dialogue between leaders of higher education. Our 6 core areas of expertise include: 1. Strategy Development 2. Leadership Development and Governance 3. Quality Assurance and Accreditation 4. Innovative Learning and Teaching including various forms of Technology integration (i.e. flipped learning, blended learning and online learning.) 5. Research 6. Student Support & Academic Advising CLICKS works with a number of international partners and with a highly qualified pool of international associates.
