As a consequence, most industries had a detriment in their sales, leading to massive layoffs, company closures and a change in consumer behavior. The other part of the story is that industries that saw virtuality as an opportunity began to develop and today, almost 15 months later, there are many debates around institutionalizing remote work, understanding that during COVID it was demonstrated that good performance could be maintained without the need for the face-to-face component. On the contrary, there is a saving in infrastructure costs and an improvement in the worker’s quality of life. During this period of change, Clik Agency was born as a company that seeks to capitalize on virtuality in times of crisis. In Latin American countries such as Colombia, unemployment today reaches 15%. This represents almost XXX million people who are in active labor stage. There is an oversupply of professionals looking for challenging job opportunities that offer future stability and are open to venture into English-speaking countries.
