We offer professional development courses and clinical resources for exercise professionals. We know that finding your feet as an exercise professional has its challenges and we know how important having the right support for these challenges can be! Our course’s are designed around clinicians in their first 5 years of clinical practice, those recently moving into private practice and experienced professionals looking to refresh their knowledge. We're a team with experience in exercise physiology and physiotherapy in both the clinical and research settings, and we're ready to support you. We enjoy breaking down the research to make it accessible and actionable in real world practice. We are very interested in why things work, or why things don’t work, and we believe this understanding is essential for providing informed and useful interventions and education, when we work as clinicians. Most of all, we love to learn new things, and we take pride in being able to help others do the same!
