I'm a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) but don’t be fooled by the name, although I am specialised in exercise prescription, my treatment focus is on education and energy management to improve patient symptoms and quality of life.
As someone living with dysautonomia and fatigue myself, I went down a unique pathway of specialisation and ongoing development to treat using education via a patient led approach.
With personal experience under my belt, years of tertiary education, and specialist training in both Australia and the UK, I have combined my passion and my career to help people all over the world.
