Clinic tells the story of coffee fruit starting from the roasting techniques and turning it into a beverage. It was designed as a 3rd Generation Coffee Shop, which writes the recipe for coffee, makes every product in scale and in a standard way, aims to achieve the perfect cure, and conveys this culture and experience to its guests. In addition, it has completed its concept with healthy product bars, cold beverage varieties and a rich cake cabinet as flavors besides coffee. The minimalist space concept, which started a new trend in Turkey, took its place in Ankara Panora Shopping Center and later Arcadium Shopping Center among qualified coffee shops with its digital menuboard, wireless charging points and state-of-the-art designs. Clinic Coffee; While sharing its quality and different coffee experiences with coffee lovers, it works with local and global companies to create a unique and timeless culture. After a long and detailed preliminary study, it is decided to use green coffee suitable for the season, only the taste and source of which is sure, from many different countries of the world such as Colombia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Indonesia, Brazil, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Yirgacheffe. It carefully selects from the micro-production farms in the region. Selected quality coffee beans are specially roasted based on the standards set by the Clinic and offered to coffee lovers with different brewing techniques.
