Sino-Russian high-tech industrialization cooperation demonstration base
The Sino-Russian High-tech Industrialization Cooperation Demonstration Base was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology to establish the first cooperative demonstration base for the development of high-tech industrialization in Russia and the CIS countries. The base has a unique cooperation platform and smooth cooperation channels. It has established long-term cooperative relations with more than 180 units in the CIS countries such as the Russian Academy of Sciences, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Georgian National Academy of Sciences, and the Barton Welding Institute of Ukraine, and has cooperated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Zhejiang Juhua and other scientific and technological cooperation with Russia. The member units of the base alliance have cooperated and introduced more than 1,000 scientific and technological projects in Russia and CIS countries to Chinese companies, and operated more than 200 Sino-Russian cooperation projects. 27 projects including aramid 1313 and spontaneous combustion superfine powder production have realized industrialization. It has become a platform carrier for Sino-Russian scientific and technological cooperation with an important position and wide-ranging influence in China.
The base has an incubation platform for scientific and technological cooperation projects-the Sino-Russian Science and Technology Park. As a national technology-based business incubator, the park aims to "build an international cooperation platform and build a first-class incubation base", relying on the Sino-Russian base in Yantai, and has formed a high-level scientific and technological cooperation featuring China, Russia and other CIS countries. , With new materials, bioengineering, mechatronics, and high-efficiency agriculture as the cultivation key incubation mode
