With over 20 years of practical and hands on experience in Human Resources specialties, management and consulting for CNY based organizations, Colleen brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and competence in all areas of Human Resources. Colleen has provided in-house and consultative HR support for a wide variety of business sizes and industries, those with and without internal HR staff. Colleen earned her Bachelors of Science degree from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management. She earned and has maintained her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI since 2008.
Colleen's expertise is efficiently and cost effectively helping business owners and management tackle challenging and ever evolving employment related federal and state compliance and best practice needs.
