Coach Nudge

With over 30 years’ HR experience with PwC, Tesco and Marks and Spencer, I founded my own HR consultancy business in May 2013. This has since evolved to focus on executive coaching services for individuals and teams with the creation of Coach Nudge in April 2016. Coach Nudge offers a team of highly skilled and deeply experienced coaching partners who bring a wealth of commercial and professional expertise. Our work is centred on developing individuals to be the best that they can be. As an Executive Coach and Director of Coach Nudge, I work alongside CEO’s and senior leaders of global organisations helping them to do the tough work of change. I am known for moving leaders and their teams to the next level of performance and am relentless in helping clients achieve their goals. Clients comment that I bring a mix of business acumen with creativity, challenge and support. I operate with discretion, perception and passion, believing in the words of Albert Einstein: “Never give up on what you really want to do. The person with the big, big dreams is more powerful than the one with all the facts.” I am a fellow of the CIPD, qualified coach, member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and thoroughly enjoy my role as a trustee for the Well Being of Women and PA Nepal charities. I also have a long standing interest in women’s development and act as a mentor for women aspiring to move into more senior positions. When I’m not advising or coaching clients, you’ll find me socialising with family and friends, enjoying a glass of chilled prosecco or at the ballet!
