My vision and philosophy is rooted in the passion and hunger to make a real difference, and help my clients maximise their potential.I am an experienced organisational development practitioner and specialises in executive coaching, systemic team coaching and leadership development.A Chartered Accountant (FCA), having trained and spent the first 8 years of my professional career as a financial auditor at PwC, this combined experience brings a commercial edge to my practise. Those years spent working alongside audit clients, predominantly SMEs, has given me a rich experience and insight into the many challenges and paradoxes faced by business leaders. It is this experience and insight that enables me to partner effectively with leaders and create business-led solutions.Transitioning out of the audit practise in 2010; I worked with many different businesses within PwC; coaching leaders through change - helping them develop their vision and engage their people – and working with senior teams, coaching them to be more effective. I left PwC in December 2016 and work with clients across all sectors and in various industries.
