Where does our name come from? Coach&Mentor Team is intended to indicate that we specialize, but not exclusively, in Coaching and Mentoring and that we are a Team, and we serve Teams with our expertise to help businesses outperform. We also indicate how important the concept of leadership is to us, because it is 'Leadership' that allows a Team to exist... We work based on the standards and code of ethics of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
