Thats because we only use the very best part of each coconut which contains 1.5 x the MCT's (medium chain triglycerides) than virgin coconut oil. It contains potent anti-microbial properties to help you maintain a healthy gut, is brain octane oil and is easier to metabolise and is a super clean, quick source of energy.
