Our educators are overwhelmed. Changes in technology have extended the boundaries of ‘school climate’ well beyond the walls and grounds of campus. Satisfying often unclear requirements from a complex web of regulators is more than a full-time job. Student populations have higher support needs post-pandemic. That’s a lot of stuff, and we want to help. Coeffi (KOH-fee, as in coefficient) is a small consultancy that partners with public school district boards and administrators to leverage public grant funding. Our mission is to enhance the capacity to deliver high-quality education, support student success, and address the diverse needs of school communities. Coeffi creates value for administrators by investing in thoughtful approaches to surfacing and acting on information.
