Welcome to the Cognitive & Interpersonal Therapy Centre (CITC), centrally located in North Toronto at the Yonge & Eglinton Centre. Our services are available in-person and online through our convenient and easily accessible virtual office. From the comfort of your home and from anywhere in Ontario, you can talk to one of our mental health professionals through a secure and encrypted portal. Founded by Dr. Carolina McBride, C. Psych in 2003, CITC has grown to be a leading psychology practice that offers specialized treatment in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). Our team is made of fully qualified Clinical Psychologists, Registered Psychotherapists, Psychological Associates, and Ph.D. and Master’s level students who have extensive experience in CBT and IPT. Together, our aim is to improve your overall mental heath and wellbeing. We offer a wide range of services including individual therapy, group therapy, skills groups, couple’s counselling, parenting counselling, and career counselling. We treat children, adolescents, and adults, as well as families and couples. We also offer Psychoeducational and social-emotional assessments for children to identify learning or intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and giftedness, and assessments for adults for workplace accommodations and/or for personal reasons.
