Creating Mainstream Employment Opportunities for Young Adults with Disabilities Co-Hive is a vibrant, inclusive centre based in Sydney, dedicated to empowering young adults with disability aged 17–35 to gain open employment and thrive in life and community. We bridge the gap between school and adulthood by offering person-centred programs that build skills, confidence, independence, and meaningful social connections. From creative projects to real-world job experiences, we help our participants gain the tools they need to take control of their futures. Our programs are grounded in Self-Determination Theory—focusing on competence, autonomy, and connection. Whether it’s preparing for open employment, travelling independently, or simply building friendships, Co-Hive supports every step of the journey.
