Continuity of Operations (COOP) Development: We specialize in designing and implementing Emergency Operations and Continuity/business plans, including all annexes, to meet and/or exceed compliance in accordance with state and federal regulations. Disaster Exercise Design: Our experts develop and facilitate realistic table-top, and functional, exercises designed to test the client’s ability to respond to various situations using an all-hazards approach in accordance with HSEEP guidance. Implementing Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and After-Action Reports HUD CDBG and FEMA PA Disaster Recovery Funds: We provide expertise in working with programs funded by HUD's CDBG program and FEMA. We have a deep understanding of FEMA RSF and ESF requirements, regulations, and processes associated with these programs, specifically housing and small business.
