We specialise on combustion systems with reduced fuel burn, reduced environmental impact and enlarged combustion range. Novel burner designs is a key competence at CBOne. Our expertise covers the state-of-the-art, including leading-edge designs in terms of combustion performance, low emission, safety, and flexibility. We cover all steps of prototype burners development: the definition of the KPIs, the dimensioning, the technological choices regarding material methods and instrumentation, the advanced model including CFD, the CAD, the follow-up of manufacturing, the final assembly, the function testing and characterisation. Since 2017, Additive Manufacturing with Selective Laser Melting are part of our portfolio.
