Comedy Abroad marries travel, comedy, and social impact. Our English-language stand-up comedy fundraiser shows for travelers & expats have raised $23K USD for 8 NGOs in popular spots in Mexico, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua. Our NGO partners collectively enhance education, healthcare, and social conditions within communities on the cusp of mass tourism. We empower them to tap into tourism economy to raise new funds. While at destination, our team of comedians & filmmakers create video content from our comedians' experiences. We offer travel & non-travel brands alike an affordable means of creating unique, engaging video content and an opportunity to empower more social good, and promote responsible tourism. We’re a unique social enterprise, passionate about making travelers, expats & locals laugh, all while empowering them give back to communities they’re passing through or living in.
