CoMind is a management Consulting Company. CoMind was founded in 2000 by the experiences of Carmelo Riga. Main requirements are 35 years working at IBM, starting as a computer designer in U.S. Laboratories, continuing managerial career in Factory nationally and worldwide in the Company's HQ. Over past 10 years in CoMind Carmelo Riga has been devoted to apply the knowledge gained, especially in Costs Reduction and Management Production Dynamics and Services, with customers whose industries are: Manufacture, Microprocessors, Mechatronics, DVD, Textile, Chemicals, and Services. In 2000, thanks to the confidence of our customers, it has been created a methodology for dynamic management of production flows (CFM) for environments with high product differentiation. Software Tools had been developed to handle "Scenarios," Portfolio analysis, structure definition of Production, Planning tools, Scheduling tools, and Takt charts.
