Republicans, Democrats, and Independents from across the country together:
1. Identify Issues: We choose the most important issues to work on
2. Develop Briefs: The organization works with competing perspectives to develop their strongest case and identify their most promising solutions on the issue
3. Choose Commonsense Solutions: Each member spends 90 minutes per year reviewing the brief to which they're randomly assigned and weighing in. We identify commonsense positions, those that attract a two-thirds or greater consensus
4. Advocate: We champion in the Congress and at the White House those commonsense positions
