Commonwealth Banking & Strategy

Commonwealth Banking & Strategy is UMass Lowell’s leading student organization for aspiring professionals in mergers & acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance. Our mission is to equip members with the skills and industry exposure needed to excel in high finance. We provide hands-on experience through M&A case competitions, technical workshops, and exclusive speaker events featuring top professionals from leading firms. Members gain practical knowledge in valuation modeling (DCF, LBO, Comps), deal structuring, and strategic advisory while building a strong network in the finance industry.
