Connection and Personal Development is at the heart of everything I do. Today, my work falls into 2 categories:
1) Leading with Connection: I work with Individuals and Organisations who want to embed the power of Connection (including rapport, empathy, listening, EI and SQ) in relationship building, cultural alignment, knowledge sharing and eliminating workplace silos.
Courses, Coaching and Consultancy virtually and in the UK and APAC.
2) I have a free to use 24/7 AI Comms Coach (Ali Ai) programmed in my unique comms methodology and an App that supports young people in all aspects of Workplace and Life readiness.
From free enrichment programmes to a paid membership, our goal is to democratise learning so that every young person can develop the skills, critical thinking, knowledge and experience to successfully transition into higher ed or the workplace.
